Responsibilities:

• Management of daily operations of construction projects
• Follow and implement safety procedures
• Communicate progression with clients and project managers
• Manage subcontractors and organization of the project
• Understand the responsibilities of Subs to ensure deadlines are met
• Assign tasks accordingly
• Maintain a daily log of all activities and site conditions
• Coordinate with all professionals involved and more

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on commercial construction experience needed with projects from $5 Million up
• Hospital, school and high-end multi-use office projects
• Successful track record of managing ground-up commercial
• Proficient mentor and leader
• General Contracting experience/ Multiple trade supervision
• Candidates must have a stable work history
