General Laborer - 2nd Shift Job Description Join our team as a General Laborer where you will play a key role in moving materials and assisting in the installation of metal frames to enhance safety procedures. This position requires comfort with heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds repetitively, in a loud and fast-paced environment. Maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy workspace while adhering to company policies and procedures is crucial. Responsibilities Move materials and assist in installing metal frames to improve safety. Perform heavy lifting up to 50 pounds repetitively. Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment in compliance with company policies. Build and assemble metal frames and gating on the robotics floor. Use hand and power tools such as hammers, drills, and pallet jacks. Essential Skills Experience with hand and power tools. Material handling experience. Ability to read a tape measure. Physically capable of repetitive work including lifting, pulling, and pushing. Punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious team player. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in construction, production, or carpentry. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment up to 45 lbs. Work Environment Work in a climate-controlled, warehouse environment that is loud. The role is available on the 2nd shift from 4 PM to 12 AM, Monday to Friday, with some potential overtime. Overtime, if available, would be added to the front half of the first shift and back end of the 2nd shift. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of West Deptford, New Jersey. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
