Critical Factors Whats Needed to be Successful
Minimum of 5 years of strong structural drafting skills.
Able to produce construction documents for building structures, soil shoring and site plans
Understand various types of building construction materials, including wood, steel, concrete, and CMU
Proficient in AutoCAD 2019 or later
Familiar with Bluebeam
Construction Education preferred
Strong Communication skills
Familiarity with Revit and SketchUp is a plus though not required.
