Job Summary Develops plumbing maintenance standards, coordinates plumbing maintenance and remodeling projects, monitors project plans, inspects work, and supervises personnel to ensure compliance with project timeline, plans, and safety regulations. Oversees fire sprinkler maintenance and compliance. This position is not eligible for hybrid work and requires 100% onsite work. Minimum Qualifications + Master Plumber license for the State of Wisconsin + Cross-Connection Control Tester license for the State of Wisconsin + Must possess a valid Wisconsin Driver license (or other such valid operator's permit recognized by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation) and be able to meet or exceed the minimum requirements for driving on state business as detailed here: + Minimum of eight years working in the plumbing trade Preferred Qualifications + Demonstrated work experience in a supervisory or lead worker role + Work experience in a university, higher education or hospital setting. + Completion of OSHA 10 training + Experience of providing work estimates of labor and materials. + Familiarity with Fire suppression systems and testing of fire suppression systems + Working knowledge of a Computerized Maintenance Management System such as TMA Target Salary Range $117,350 - $119,350 (final salary based on candidate's knowledge, skills and experience) Benefits and Total Rewards As part of UWM's commitment to supporting the success of our team members through positive experiences, employees are provided with Benefits to Benefit You and Your Life.
