Pre-construction value engineering services tothe owner, architect, engineer and contractor makes CFA a welcome memberof the construction team.Primary ResponsibilitiesCreate and administer Revit models and shop drawings from architectural andstructural plans that will be used by project personnel for the erection ofconcrete forming systems. Conduct structural analysis on concrete formingsystems and generate calculation packages. Monitor design application toguide proper implementation in the field. Ensure the most efficient, safe,and economical form systems are incorporated into the project design. Staysabreast of innovative developments and incorporates these advancements in thedevelopment and design of new forming systems / equipment. Troubleshoots andresolves concerns regarding structural design with the project team. Performsspecial projects and completes all other duties as assigned or requested forthe general support of the organization.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering,Construction Engineering, or related engineering degree. Advanced written,verbal and interpersonal communication skills to effectively work with alllevels of the organization. Expertise with reading structural drawings andperforming computer-aided design utilizing formwork engineering methods,such as BIM Modeling.
