We are seeking a skilled Industrial Spray Painter to join our team. This role involves preparing and applying coatings to metal and composite surfaces using spray equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with HVLP, electrostatic, or airless spray systems and a strong commitment to safety and quality. The work will be supporting US Government projects including maritime, parts & components, machinery and internal buildings & structures Skills Labor, painting, hand tool, power tool, general construction, Paint booth, Industrial paint, Mixing, General labor, Paint sprayer, Marine, Spray paint, Spray painting, Finish, Hvlp spray, Paint gun, Grinding, Construction, Industrial, Paint prep, Blasting, Sandblasting, Spray gun, Production, Industrial painting, Sanding, Sandblaster, Blast, Sheet metal, Auto body, mechanical, Assembly, Sand, Prepping Additional Skills & Qualifications 5-7 years is ideal, but 1-3 years of painting experience will be enough to get the job. This is large structural steel painting, someone with bridge painting experience would fit well. High School Diploma or equivalent. Able to lift 50-60 lbs regularly Mechanical aptitude and good work ethic. Ability to use hand tools if needed Experience doing physical work Experience working on a construction job site. Safety conscious. OSHA 10 cert needed per City of Philadelphia Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $32.35/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
