COMMERCIAL HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Job Duties:
Commissioning of new ventilation and HVAC equipment
Repair, replace and trouble-shoot existing HVAC equipment
Measure air flow and adjust to design specifications
Prepare and submit job reports and invoices daily
Job Requirements:
At least 2-5 years of HVAC, HVAC/R experience preferred
Knowledge of electrical systems
Ability to read commercial wiring schematics
Ability to lift 50 pounds independently and use power and hand tools
Work in outside conditions and in tight spaces (inside RTU)
Use of ladders for roof access
