Value Co-Creation (VCC) is an enterprise-wide initiative with the goal of transforming our ways of working together across Business, Product and Technology functions to drive enhanced customer value and business outcomes faster. Examples of new ways of working will include, but not limited to enhanced collaboration and co-creation across business, product, and technology through all stages of product development cycle; ensuring alignment with architecture frameworks and standards and SDLC controls; evolving investment portfolio planning, capacity management and execution oversight to enable the key tenets of the value co creation model.

The contractor in this role will provide crucial support to the VCC Implementation team by:

Establishing and owning the process for tracking initiative-level status

Supporting governance of VCC best practices and Enterprise Standards

Maintain and enhance existing sources of data, managing manual data entry and executing updates across Excel, Airtable, internal tooling, etc.

Audit & reconcile data inconsistencies to ensure data integrity is maintained

Identify areas of opportunity for data automation and implement solutions to streamline existing workflows.

Ensure existing data solutions account for specific use case requests

Owning logistics between VCC practitioners and Implementation team for coaching and consulting sessions

Job Qualifications

Experience in project management working on high-priority, large scale strategic initiatives

Outstanding organizational skills with ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate messages to a variety of audiences across functions and levels

Extensive expertise in SharePoint, Airtable, and Microsoft suite

Experience with Atlassian Suite (Confluence/JIRA) a plus
