- Plan, manage, and execute all aspects of assigned projects.
- Assist in managing material and equipment needs for the project.
- Support people management and ensure documentation is complete.
- Meet project goals to achieve timely and profitable completion of each project.
- Manage and work alongside company employees.
- Create, manage, and implement the projects schedule as needed, in conjunction with the Project Manager.
- Evaluate progress on self-perform work and make necessary adjustments.
- Assist in the selection of formwork, tools, and equipment necessary for self-perform operations.
- Manage the timecard approval process to ensure accurate reporting of hours and proper cost codes.
- Partner with project management to identify schedule and costs associated with project changes.
- Proficiency in Blueprint reading.
- Proficiency in all tools and equipment needed to complete the project.
- Experience in commercial construction supervision.
- Experience as a superintendent with a general contractor.
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge and practice of safety standards.
- Experience in tenant improvement.
- Experience in light commercial construction, including office tenant improvements and buildouts.
