Construction Superintendent

Commercial general contractor has an immediate opening for a hands-on project superintendent with a minimum of 1 year experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Run day-to-day operations on the construction site and control short-term schedule

Manage and motivate work crew

Coordinate and monitor subcontractors

Communicate site rules and safety procedures

Be able to schedule and multitask

Attend progress meetings

Maintain daily detailed paperwork
