Plumber Lead

We are a dynamic family-owned company based in Petaluma, seeking a skilled Plumber Lead with over 4 years of residential plumbing experience. The Plumber Lead will perform tasks at residential and commercial sites across Sonoma County, Marin County, and San Francisco.

Responsibilities:

Maintain job schedules and site layouts.
Adjust initial designs as needed.
Install plumbing equipment such as water heaters, boilers, expansion tanks, and mixing valves.
Perform rough-in plumbing per local codes.
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and supervisors.
Conduct physical labor, including working in tight spaces, lifting heavy objects, and operating tools.
Ensure professionalism, site cleanliness, and adherence to safety protocols.
Qualifications:

Valid drivers license with a clean record.
Proficiency with plumbing tools and materials.
Knowledge of wiring diagrams and safety precautions.
Ability to work independently.
Experience with software to track and log daily progress is preferred.
Dependability, effective communication, and a strong work ethic.
