Summary: Seeking an individual with expertise in product assembly, manufacturing tasks, and component selection, capable of working with a variety of documentation and tools, and experienced in fine pitch SMT soldering.

Job Requirements:

Ability to read, understand, and assemble products based on assembly procedures, drawings, and bill-of-material.

Familiarity with IPC-610 & J-Standard-001 standards.

Experience in manufacturing tasks using engineering notes, work instructions, and schematics.

Skill in identifying and sorting electronic components and sub-assemblies.

Capability to assemble complex components.

Experience in hand-soldering.

Proficiency in operating hand tools and soldering equipment.

Knowledge in using de-soldering/soldering tools for component removal and re-installation.

Proficiency with assembly and measuring tools, and basic shop-floor math.

Ability to crimp and assemble milspec connectors onto multi-conductor cable assemblies with heat-shrink boots.

Responsibility for maintaining a neat and organized assembly workstation with accurate documentation.

Compliance with safety protocols and company policies.

Preferred Skills:

High School Diploma.

Prior soldering experience.

Technical training or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities:

Read, understand, and assemble a variety of products.

Perform manufacturing tasks with various types of documentation.

Identify and select/sort electronic components and sub-assemblies.

Assemble a wide range of complex components.

Perform hand-soldering and operate related tools.

Remove and re-install components using appropriate tools.

Use assembly and measuring tools effectively.

Maintain assembly workstations and documentation.

Comply with all safety protocols and company policies.

Other duties, projects, and responsibilities as assigned.
