Purchasing Coordinator

We are searching for an experienced account manager in Vista, CA! This is a temp to hire position with a great Hours: 8:00AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday Job Summary Account Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing contractual activities in a manufacturing setting. Responsibilities Develop/prepare costed bills of materials for client and prospective clients Conduct and/or supervise the timely and accurate data entry into the systems of bills of materials, sales orders and work orders Provide day to day contact with clients Provide on call engineering expertise Prepare bids, process specifications, inspection & test documents to clients Assist in the development of new business Required Skills for Account Managers Associates degree in business or technical discipline 2-5 years of experience in sales or marketing dealing directly with clients The ability to read and understand component drawings Must have excellent written and verbal communication Knowledge of Microsoft office Suite Working knowledge of IPC-A-610 and IPC/WHMA-A620 Light travel and overtime may be required Malone workforce solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
