Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Superintendent to lead the on-site construction of ground-up warehouse and distribution center projects. The ideal candidate will bring 8-10 years of superintendent experience with a proven track record in both ground-up and tenant improvement (TI) work on industrial buildings. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking to project closeout. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to ensure project milestones are met. Maintain strict adherence to project schedules, budgets, and safety standards. Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve issues and ensure alignment with project goals. Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and documentation. Qualifications: 8-10 years of superintendent experience in commercial construction, specifically on warehouse or distribution center projects. Strong ground-up construction experience is required; TI experience is a plus. Proven ability to manage large-scale industrial projects from start to finish. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. OSHA 30 certification preferred. Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools.
