Operations Manager

Overview:

One of our largest manufacturing clients is looking for a sales service supervisor to help head up their new greenfield production facility in Lexington, NC opening in 2026. This individual will be responsible for building out the entire team over the course of the next year while the facility is being built. After being built, this individual will handle everything post-sale (detailing, production, shipping). They will be responsible for creating drawings, scheduling with production and overseeing delivery and placement. They will have two direct reports (PM lead and detailing lead) and indirectly oversee a total of 15 individuals once team is fully built out. This individual will also be the direct operational POC with customers.

Day to Day:

Work directly with production supervisor to build out team to support the fabrication shop.

Overseeing construction of new facility and being the eyes and ears for management. Includes coordinating drawings and making sure construction schedule is on time.

Will start out with some travel to similar sites to shadow the sales service supervisors at already functioning facilities.
