Job Title: Architectural Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Architectural Project Manager with a strong background in AutoCAD and experience in managing projects from inception to completion. This role involves working on retail and commercial projects, including interior alterations, office build-outs, and retail projects. The position offers remote work flexibility and requires exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Chase bank projects and transition to other retail/commercial projects.
• Work within established corporate templates and standards.
• Manage projects from start to finish using AutoCAD.
• Produce construction documents and drawings for interior alteration projects.
• Apply knowledge of framing details, wall partitions, ADA requirements, building codes, material specifications, shop drawings, and submittals.
• Collaborate remotely with team members and ensure high communication levels.
• Possibly engage in CA work, including site visits or OAC meetings.
• Adapt to a dynamic work environment by handling various tasks and projects as needed.

Essential Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in prototypical projects, retail build-outs, or renovation commercial projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in project management within architecture.
• Ability to thrive in a smaller office setting and work on a small team.
• Capability to wear multiple hats and jump onto different projects and tasks.

Work Environment

This is a remote role with the requirement to be local to Chicago for meetings and site visits. The company operates on an 8-5, 40-hour workweek, but offers flexible start and finish times to accommodate travel schedules and personal life. The office consists of 12 employees and fosters a people-focused culture that emphasizes mentoring and developing internal employees. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $43.26/hr.
