Position Overview:
As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our insulation projects. You will manage a team of installers, coordinate with sales reps, clients, and contractors, and ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and on schedule. Youll be in charge of ordering materials, resolving issues on the job, and planning ahead to meet the companys production goals. Your leadership and dedication will play a key role in delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Qualifications:
2+years of experience in a supervisory & management role within the construction industry is required.
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage a variety of tasks
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage crews and collaborate with sales reps.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Valid drivers license
Key Responsibilities:
Morning Operations: Open the office and dispatch installation crews to job sites.
Team Management: Oversee and manage installers, ensuring timely and high-quality job completion.
Scheduling & Coordination: Organize project schedules and collaborate with clients, contractors, and sales reps.
Material Management: Order materials and ensure they are available for projects on time.
Reporting: Submit employee hours to HR and provide progress updates to the Accounts Receivable (AR) team for billing purposes.
Problem Solving: Quickly address and resolve issues to keep jobs running smoothly.
Planning: Work closely with the team to plan and adjust schedules based on project needs.
