Senior Estimator

A North Carolina based Developer/General Contractor is in search of a Senior Estimator to join the Greensboro office. This company has experienced successful growth for decades and builds strictly in the multifamily market. They focus their efforts on projects in the south east with a prominent presence in the Triad. They have a significant backlog of projects. Relocating candidates are urged to apply.

A qualified candidate must possess the following:

• 8+ years of experience in multi family construction estimating
• Experience estimating wood frame, ground up projects of at least $20 million
• Knowledge of conceptual estimating delivery methods
• Ability to form strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Accounting, Business, or related field is preferred
