A local to Raleigh general contractor is in search of a Senior Estimator to be based in their Raleigh office. This company has experienced successful growth for decades and builds in a variety of commercial markets. They focus their efforts on general commercial, healthcare, hospitality, office buildings, etc. The company is offering a generous compensation structure and opportunity for advancement.

A qualified candidate must possess the following:

• 5+ years of experience estimating in commercial construction
• Experience with projects of at least $10 million
• Knowledge of conceptual estimating
• Ability to form strong relationships with subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Accounting, Business or related field is preferred
