Project Manager Multifamily Development

A Southeast based developer / builder is in search of a Project Manager to join their Florida team. This established company has experienced successful growth for over 25 years. Their focus is developing, building and managing multifamily apartments. They are known across the Carolina's, Tennessee, Georgia & Florida for their visible projects, outstanding culture and excellent retention rate. A qualified candidate must possess the following:

• 4-10 years of experience in multifamily construction
• Experience working with large diverse teams and projects of at least $15 million
• Experience in multifamily, senior living, student housing projects preferred
• Ability to form strong relationships with subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field is preferred
