Job Description:
Were looking for skilled carpenters to join our team. Youll be involved in framing, back framing, building, and erecting prefab walls for wood-frame condo projects.

Responsibilities:
-Frame and install walls, floors, roofs and decks according to plans
-Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, and hardware
-Read blueprints and ensure layouts meet building codes
-Measure, cut, and assemble wood

Qualifications:
-Experience in wood-frame construction
-Blueprint reading and basic layout skills
-English or Spanish language proficiency
-Own safety gear (steel-toed boots, hard hat) and hand tools
