Hiring: Experienced Carpenter High-End Custom Homes

Compensation: $30$45/hr depending on experience

Vista Coastal Builders is a North Vancouver-based custom home renovation company focused on high-end residential projects. We work closely with homeowners, designers, and architects to bring beautiful, complex homes to life and we take a lot of pride in doing it right the first time.

Were growing and need an experienced, reliable Carpenter who can jump into a job site and get it done with skill, efficiency, and care.

Youll Be Doing:
Framing, forming, finishing, and everything in between

Reading and interpreting plans and construction drawings

Working alongside our lead carpenter, PMs, and trades

Problem-solving on site, and helping maintain a smooth workflow

Keeping your site organized, safe, and professional

Requirements:
3+ years residential carpentry experience (custom home/reno experience ideal)

Own basic tools + reliable transportation

Familiar with BC Building Code and safe work practices

Comfortable working both independently and in a team

Takes pride in craftsmanship and precision

Bonus If You:
Have Red Seal or Level 3/4 carpentry training

Are handy with high-end finishes or cabinetry

Have experience working on multi-phase custom home builds
