Working in a complete electrical system designs company that includes power and lighting, low voltage (DATA, WAN, LAN, Voice, CCTV, PA, Security Access & Control, A/V, Master Clock, DAS, Fire Alarm), medium voltage distribution, utility coordination, infrastructure, LEED, onsite surveys of existing systems, onsite inspections, feasibility studies, energy audits, plan reviews, construction administration, cost estimating, electrical system load, coordination and fault studies, emergency power systems, site planning, special use permit, and arc flash analysis. We have a reputation for creating high-quality work with terse deadlines, being collaborative, and being extremely competent with complex designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Initial set up of electrical engineering projects in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD

Draft electrical designs including lighting, power, and technology/communications/low voltage systems using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD

Assist in troubleshooting issues in the model as projects progress to completion

Work in close coordination with project engineers to produce 2D/3D model electrical plans accurately and efficiently

Follow Electrical and client specific drafting standards to produce neat, clean, and visually appealing drawings

Uphold brand and reputation by providing the highest level of client service based on trust and responsiveness

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in computer drafting experience using latest versions of AutoCAD and Revit, Civil 3D a plus

Must be proficient with Revit from set up of new projects to completion of projects including 2D/3D modeling, familiarity with REVIT families

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, and ProjectWise

Skilled with all Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Electrical, lighting, power, and technology/low voltage drafting experience a plus, but not required In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr.
