Estimator

Trillium Construction is currently seeking an Estimator to join our client's growing team. This is a full-time, in-office position, preferably based in Appleton, WI, with consideration for Green Bay, WI candidates. Pay rate is $24-$30/hour (depending on experience). Schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (flexibility available). Our client is a locally-owned and 100% employee-owned company that has served Wisconsin and Upper Michigan since 1960. Their offerings include windshield repair, window replacement, shower door installations, screen enclosures, and commercial solutions such as automatic and interior door systems. The Estimator is responsible for supporting business development by creating accurate, competitive job estimates based on architectural plans and specifications. This role requires clear communication with internal teams, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Qualifications: -Associate degree is a plus -Previous estimating experience in construction or manufacturing preferred -Proficiency in Bluebeam, Excel, and Word is a plus -Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and project specifications -Experience in commercial installation or fabrication is beneficial -Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines -Self-motivated and detail-oriented Trillium has been recruiting and placing professionals for over 30 years.
