Assistant Project Manager

Home remodeler is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our team. Qualified candidates must possess a general knowledge of the home improvement process and all trades associated. Must be proficient in English and Spanish. Must have the ability to haul material in their reliable vehicle, if called upon. We are looking for a motivated self-starter. We work on a variety of renovation/restoration projects ranging from cleanup / demolition to custom home renovations. Strong candidates must have an eye for quality control.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS -

Working knowledge of NYS building codes, a plus. Estimating, developing material list, managing construction crews, coordinate with subcontractors, good people skills to communicate with homeowners
Highly organized and the ability to multitask
Strong communication skills and ability to maintain positive attitude under pressure
Sales experience a plus, as commissions are available, as well
