6am-4:30pm M-Th

We are looking for a skilled Industrial Painter to prepare and paint metal and structural surfaces using various techniques to ensure a high-quality, durable finish. Attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, or sandblasting.
• Apply paint, coatings, or primers to metal, machinery, or structural components.
• Mix paints and coatings to desired consistency and color as specified.
• Inspect finished surfaces for quality, consistency, and proper coating thickness.
• Maintain painting equipment, clean tools, and ensure safe handling of hazardous materials.
• Follow safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and ventilation systems.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in industrial or automotive painting preferred (training may be provided).
• Familiarity with different types of paints, coatings, and industrial surface preparation techniques.
• Ability to operate spray guns, paint booths, and sandblasting equipment.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow detailed safety procedures and instructions.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), and work in various environmental conditions.
