FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE including 4/10-hour shifts and 5/8-hour shifts with flexible start times!
SALARY RANGE: $17.00 to $24.00 per hour

As the General Laborer, you will receive training to assist the teams in the Fabrication, Weld, and Assembly departments.
What does a General Laborer do at SpecSys?
Follows instructions from employees in the department w you are assisting
Uses tools and machines to assist in the manufacturing process
Practice time management skills to helpanize work and finish it on schedule
What are we looking for in a good candidate?
Kledge of how products are made
Mechanical kledge of design and controlling equipment
Understand spoken and written information
Identify problems, review information, and use math skills to solve problems
Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
Able to walk, stoop, kneel, couch, crawl and being on feet for 8 plus hours per workday
High school diploma or GED
Or anybination of education and experience that would provide the required skill and kledge for successful performance
