FTE: 1.000000 Shift: Shift 1 Job Summary: This customerserviced focused position is responsible for the facility maintenance ofbuildings and equipment essential to the operations in a clinic orhospital setting. May assist/performs a variety of repair work, generalmaintenance and mechanical maintenance. Which may include HVAC,electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, painting, carpentry, andgrounds-keeping. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A minimum of 2 years ofbuilding maintenance or plant operations experience is preferred.EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: High School diploma or equivalent is required.LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: Valid driver license is required for first andsecond shift staff only (any 3rd shift staff member moving to 1st or 2ndshift would be required to provide proof of valid driver\'s license upontransfer to another shift). Mechanic certification or equivalentpreferred.
