JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Set-up and operate a variety of machines such asbrake press, weld equipment, and laser - Set-up, adjust, and operate avariety of forming equipment including brake press, punch press, handbenders and roll forming to form, bend, and punch a variety ofmaterials - Set-up bending equipment including safety equipment, dies,locating gauges, adjust ram stroke and tonnage to form materials toproper angle, radii, and lengths - Work from drawings, specifications,patterns, or templates; apply experience to make recommendations as theyrelate to part design - Use scale, protractor, fixed angle, and radiigauges - Verify quantity and quality of material - Strict adherence toall company/departmental policies and procedures related to safety andconduct - New product development to meet manufacturing productionstandards and achieve customer quality requirements and standards ofworkmanship - Prototype development and production to meet customerquality and dimensional requirements using various manufacturingprocesses including but not limited to laser, brake press, hand bending,punch press, machining, resistance welding, manual welding, finishing,assembly and tool design/build - Participation in internal and customerproduct and print design reviews to help define the manufacturingprocess for new prototypes - Demonstrate excellent production skill oficiency - Contribute to quality and cost performance objectives -Build setup and the development of tooling used to produce metal formedparts - Collaborate openly with upstream and down team members, toolbuilders, production and design engineers on timelines, technicalrequirements and challenges encountered during the prototype process -Define and share opportunities for optimization of a prototype productwith the production engineering team - Willingness to cross-train andoperate new fabrication equipment to develop and produce prototype andproduction parts - Willingness to assist, setup for, and trainProduction Helper, Operator, and Setup Operator level associates withinthe facility \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Experiencewith punch press, welding, CNC lasers, and brake press \*\*\*\*\*APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: ...
