Hiring electronic operator - Start ASAP !!! Job Description This position involves operating semiconductor-processing equipment within a cleanroom environment. The Manufacturing Operator is tasked with achieving daily production goals to support cleanroom fabrication operations, focusing on areas such as photolithography, pattern transfer, substrate cleaning, and metrology. Responsibilities Operate manually or computer-controlled equipment to meet production and quality goals. Set up and operate complex manual and computer-controlled equipment. Collaborate constructively with other team members to process wafers and optical components. Utilize computer software to track operational performance and make minor corrections for productivity improvement. Follow quality management procedures and identify quality issues. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Multitask to perform other required duties as assigned by a supervisor. Essential Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word applications. Ability to perform light lifting and carrying duties. Capability to sit or stand for extended periods (3-5 hours). Microscope experience. Computer literacy and a willingness to learn. Manual dexterity for operating complex machinery. Additional Skills & Qualifications High-school diploma or GED. Previous manufacturing experience in a cleanroom environment is preferred. Experience in electronics assembly and soldering. Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes. Why Work Here? Duties involve handling chemicals while wearing personal protective equipment. Shifts are available with additional shift differential pay for night shifts. Employees enjoy guaranteed overtime pay every other week, three 30-minute breaks with the option to combine breaks for a longer lunch, and access to an onsite cafeteria and breakroom with snack options. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Breinigsville, Pennsylvania. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.05 - $24.15/hr.
