CARPENTER- Lead

Commercial General Contractor seeking a full-time lead Carpenter to join our team immediately!

This job is a leadership position with a high upside for the right person who is skilled, experienced, and committed.

Work throughout central and northern NJ.

OSHA 10 training is required as a minimum.

THIS JOB REQUIRES STRONG ENGLISH-SPEAKING SKILLS.

Job Details:
The candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial interior office renovations, but will also perform various jobs including the following:
- Able to keep track of several small commercial projects.
- Able to work with owner and apprise of need for equipment, tools, labor and materials.
- Able to communicate with customers while on jobsites.
- Able to work with in telecommunication, critical data centers and similar conditions.
- Rough Carpentry- Wood and Metal Framing
- Drywall
- Acoustic Ceilings
- Door Installation, Hardware, etc.
- Masonry and concrete skill a plus.

Qualifications:
- Must have basic tools daily
- Must have a valid driver's License.
- Must have a reliable car or truck.
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
- Must be able to speak and understand English.
- Must be safety oriented and willing to take OSHA courses.
- Leadership-minded
- Responsible and Punctual
- Resourceful
- Able to work throughout North and Central NJ
