Drafter Responsibilities:
- Handle drafting needs for each project.
- Create shop drawings in accordance with architectural drawings accurately.
- Use shop templates and details for reference.
- Provide any revisions as required in a timely manner and submit them to the Project Manager.
- Handle material takeoff for fabrication of projects.
- Take drawings and put into CAD for the CNC machines
- AutoCAD experience (3D Modeling a plus)
- Experience with CNC and Waterjets
- Experience nesting parts for programming of CNC files.
- Construction/Fabrication experience
- Project Management experience
- Able to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects.
