Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and executing construction projects.

  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

  • Monitor project progress, track schedules, and report potential delays or issues.

  • Prepare, review, and distribute project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

  • Maintain accurate project records, including budgets, contracts, and schedules.

  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure project milestones are met and maintain quality standards.

  • Collaborate with the project team to resolve construction challenges and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure alignment on project goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

  • 2+ years of experience in commercial construction, with knowledge of project management principles.

  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.

  • Understanding of safety regulations and quality standards in the construction industry.
