Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Lead all on-site field operations for assigned projects, ensuring work aligns with project plans, specifications, and client expectations. Supervise and direct foremen and crews, maintaining high standards of workmanship and productivity. Coordinate the delivery and proper use of materials, equipment, and resources on site. Uphold and enforce safety protocols, quality control, and project scheduling to meet ECS standards and client deadlines. Serve as the field liaison, resolving jobsite issues efficiently and keeping project managers informed of key developments. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and adapting to changing conditions. Provide mentorship and consistent guidance to project foremen throughout the project lifecycle. Foster a culture of communication and accountability by leading daily site discussions and crew meetings. Monitor and control field-related project costs, identifying opportunities for improved efficiency. Act as the primary point of contact between field teams and clients, general contractors, vendors, and inspectors. Ensure a high-quality final product by proactively identifying punch list items and addressing them before project closeout. Maintain a strong understanding of project plans, specifications, and scopes of work, and communicate critical updates to all stakeholders. Education & Experience:- Bachelors of Science in related field or at least 3+ years of experience in a concrete superintendent or similar leadership role in the construction industry. Valid driver's license and a willingness to travel to job sites as needed. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:- Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to lead and motivate field teams. Effective at managing multiple tasks and making independent decisions under pressure. Proactive problem-solver with the ability to anticipate challenges and provide timely solutions. Skilled at coordinating information and expectations between project managers, subcontractors, foremen, and clients. Team-oriented, organized, and dependable, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Familiarity with concrete construction processes, tools, and equipment.
