Long Island based property management company seeks full time handyman for general repairs, annual maintenance and property inspections.
MUST HAVE valid drivers license, skilled in all aspects of construction( Plumbing, Electrical, Basic Carpentry and Home Improvement), good problem solver, attention to detail, a goal oriented leader whose task driven and hyper efficient.
Properties under management include 70 Single Family Homes and 15 Multi - Family Residential Buildings located across Long Island (Riverhead to Hempstead).
Monday - Friday work week. May be required to be on call evenings, weekends.
MUST HAVE minimum of five (5) years experience in:
-Electrical
-Plumbing
-Carpentry
-Masonry
-Painting
- Boilers Maintenance
Drug Testing, Back-Ground Check, and References Required.
Candidates need to be motivated, trustworthy and self-sufficient.Must have social skills dealing with the public as well as a strong management ability .
