Construction Project Engineer 3

Introduction

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Construction Project Engineer. This role requires a professional who is passionate about applying engineering principles to solve complex problems and improve efficiency within industrial layouts or manufacturing production. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to interpret blueprints and create engineering drawings.

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics
• Experience with computer applications and software related to engineering, such as Computer Aided Design (CAD)

• Creativity, verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented and a team player

• Study time, motion, methods, and speed involved in maintenance, production, and other operations to establish standard production rates and improve efficiency
• Interpret engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, or formulas and confer with management or engineering staff to determine quality and reliability standards
• Read worker logs, product processing sheets, and specification sheets to verify adherence to quality assurance specifications
• Aid in planning work assignments in accordance with worker performance, machine capacity, production schedules, and anticipated delays
• Prepare charts, graphs, and diagrams to illustrate workflow, routing, floor layouts, material handling, and machine utilization
• Observe workers using equipment to verify operation and maintenance according to quality assurance standards
• Evaluate data and write reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards
