About the Role:
This is a hands-on, on-the-belt role with the potential to grow into a foreman role in the near future. Could be a great opportunity for an experienced carpenter with finishing skills, ready to take your career to the next level. Be a part of an energized, skilled team and grow with us!
Responsibilities:
- ability to perform residential carpentry tasks without supervision: foundation forming, framing, exterior finishing, interior finishing
- Read and interpret construction drawings, product specs, and scopes of work
- Work effectively with team members to complete tasks - including taking direction from Project Managers or site leads, and guiding/teaching apprentices and labourers to assist you
- Review punch lists and prepare material take-offs
What Were Looking For:
- Solid residential construction experience (Minimum 8 years experience)
- Valid Driver's license
- Red Seal in carpentry an asset - not required
- Ability to problem-solve on-site and communicate effectively
- Comfortable with basic digital tools an asset
- Positive attitude and pride in craftsmanship
- Team player and good communicator!

- Competitive wages: $38$42/hr to start depending on experience
