D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Senior Development Project Manager for their Land Department. The right candidate will manage the Development Project Managers for quality, consistency and code compliance of product design, planning schedules and project budgets to meet the division business plan.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Manage project development team thru community planning and land development.
• Work with government municipals for conditions, permitting and approvals.
• Oversee design of lots sizes and product design with engineers and other consultants.
• Oversee budgets and development schedule thru bidding and purchasing administration
• Play an active role in construction observation with direction.
• Salary Range $100,000-$120,000 annually with a quarterly bonus

Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervises 1 or more employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees planning, assigning, directing work, addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
