Position Summary HMH is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of high-end residential construction projects. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and clients, gaining hands-on experience in managing some of New York's most prestigious residential renovations. Key Responsibilities Assist senior PMs in managing day-to-day project operations Help coordinate schedules, deliveries, and subcontractor work Track project documentation including contracts, COIs, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Conduct site walkthroughs and assist with punch list generation and resolution Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up items Communicate with clients, architects, and designers to ensure alignment on scope and expectations Support jobsite safety compliance and document control Help manage project budgets and track costs in coordination with the office team Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in residential construction or construction management Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Bluebeam, Procore, or similar platforms a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment Enthusiasm for craftsmanship, design, and the culture of high-end building
