Welder/Fabricator

JOB REQUIREMENTS: ASI is currently seeking qualified individuals to grow

our manufacturing team. Attendance must be a priority. Desired

qualifications and skills include: Minimum of high school diploma or GED

equivalent; 1-3 years of relevant experience a plus, but we will provide

training; Ability to read blueprints and job order specifications to

determine dimensions, tolerances, tooling, and instructions; Ability to

verify conformance to blueprints and specifications using precise

measurements, levels, and tools; Ability to fabricate industrial

converting dryers using MIG welding, riveting, drilling, cutting, and

grinding steel; Welding experience and/or certification a plus; A team

player who can work diligently and accurately with minimal supervision;

Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to maintain a clean

and organized work area and equipment; Great communication skills and

receptive to learning new skills, being trained, and constructive

feedback; Physically capable of lifting up to 70 pounds and endure

climbing, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pushing and pulling.
