We have an opportunity for a Master Scheduler to join our Delavan, WI team. You will be responsible for managing the staff of Production Planners and Buyers while also performing the duties of the Master Scheduler. The Master Scheduler will own the processes and results tied to planning, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring products through the complete production and procurement cycle. Establishing a production plan and developing a daily master schedule to support the monthly SIOP cycle and customer service objectives.
You will:
- Support the entire employment cycle of a team including hiring activities, training, performance management and other essential supervisory duties.
- Develops master production schedule for assigned product, providing sufficient lead time to procure raw materials and manufacturing components to meet production forecast requirements.
- Establishes product sequencing strategies and monitors effectiveness of scheduling.
- Monitor planners production schedules to assist in achieving the goals of the production plan.
- Work with the Planners on recommended revisions to existing production schedules and communicate to Customer Service on affected customers when schedules are revised.
- Reviews, analyzes, and edits nonstandard orders against a defined set of input requirements.
- Communicates and/or initiates systems information relating to manufacturing systems.
- Communicates to sales and operations planning by providing input and feedback to management personnel.
- Monitors and maintains accurate records and proper planning data for assigned items.
- Support the SIOP process meetings to review service levels, performance against schedule, inventory strategy, supply plan to meet demand, and resource implications.
- Primary liaison for planning and purchasing with Customer Service, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Marketing & Sales, Project Management, Finance, and other functional areas.
- Work with the business to help plan, create, and execute a capacity plan built from the forecast and other inputs (units budget plan)
- Reviews with Product Managers and Engineers on New Product Development. Work within Product Change Orders (PCO) to help business understand changes and verify changes in SAP.
- Coordinates the implementation of changes which affect production of assigned items.
- Performs transactions necessary to maintain accurate records and inventory balances by reviewing stocking strategy and material master outputs.
- Follows all 6S practices and supports lean activities, as well as safety regulations policies and procedures.
- Responsible for maintaining clean and accurate data within ERP system, such as Material Master data, Vendor Master data, etc.
- Aggregating recovery plans and communicating to CSR team, Sales, and management.
- Create Power BI and other advanced analytic reports for daily tracking and performance monitoring.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree along with three plus years related experience in Master Scheduling role.
- SAP S/4 HANA experience
- Advanced Power BI skills
- ERP implementation experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience in a low-volume, high mix MTS / MTO environment preferred.
- A demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.
- The ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Technical skills in Lean Manufacturing techniques, Kaizen, Process Improvement, materials management, and production scheduling.

Compensation:
For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $71000 - $131800 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with a demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as, annual incentive bonus.
