Job Summary

6 PM to 6:30 AM on Saturday/Sunday + 1 Weeknight assigned by supervisor

Salary Range: $26.84-$28.84/hour

Responsible for maintaining all manufacturing equipment and plant utility systems including, steam boilers, air compressors, heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems (HVAC), Water for Injection and the physical plant. Responsible for implementing improvements to improve efficiency and prevent equipment obsolescence. Responsible for insuring the validated state of all equipment, systems and facilities and compliance with all applicable cGMP, OSHA, DEC, EPA and local government regulations.

Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining all manufacturing equipment and plant utility systems including, steam boilers, air compressors, heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems (HVAC), Water for Injection and general upkeep of the physical plant including clean rooms and building roofing.
• Responsible for implementing improvements to improve efficiency and prevent equipment obsolescence. Included are capital improvement projects like installing heating, ventilating and air-conditioning systems, upgrading the Water For Injection system and rebuilding/upgrading filling and packaging equipment.
• Responsible for insuring the validated state of all equipment, systems and facilities and compliance with all applicable cGMP, OSHA, DEC, EPA and local government regulations.
• Responsible for developing relationships with key vendors for technical support and for assistance in hardware applications.
• All employees are responsible for ensuring the compliance to company documents, programs and activities related to the Health, Safety, Environment, Energy, and Quality Management Systems, as per your roles and responsibilities.
