        2. What Youll Do

          • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
          • Coordinate installations and manage all phases of the projectfrom kickoff to close-out.
          • Collaborate with Engineering, Layout, Purchasing, and Sales to align on customer expectations.
          • Develop and manage production schedules, billing plans, and project priorities.
          • Interpret and work from construction documents, including architectural and MEP drawings.
          • Create and maintain detailed project schedules (submittals, procurement, delivery, installation).
          • Lead document control for RFIs, submittals, and product data.
          • Optimize project delivery and installation costs.
          • Manage change orders and ensure accurate financial reporting.
          • Troubleshoot field issues and ensure punch list completion.
          • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and project profitability.

          What You Bring

          • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Management, or a related field.
          • 3+ years of experience in project/account management in a manufacturing, dealership, or installation setting.
          • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
          • Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
          • Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems (advanced knowledge is a plus).
          • Strong organizational and communication skills.
          • Experience with VISUAL ERP and AutoCAD is a plus.

          Pay and Benefits

          The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $57.00/hr.
