As a result, afull-time position is available for a Senior Mechanical Engineer in our SanDiego, CA: Denver, CO; Madison, WI; Milwaukee, WI or Tampa, FLoffice locationsResponsibilities include:Lead and provide technical guidance to mechanical project teams.Manage and attend client meetings, ensuring project objectives are met.Oversee construction phase services with a focus on quality and efficiency.Mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and learning.Contribute to business development efforts with innovative solutions.Regular travel to military bases and airports as part of lead mechanicalengineer role.The successful candidate will have the following:Bachelor's degree in mechanical or architectural engineering12+ years of experience in mechanical engineeringPE licenseThe ideal candidate will have any/all of the following:Expertise in many mechanical system types, such as hot water, chilledwater, condenser water systems, VAV, Geothermal, VRF systems, DDCcontrol systeExperience in sustainable design, steam systems, commissioning services,and plumbing systems.Proven track record as a project lead.Experience in designing mechanical systems for Federal Government projects.Commitment to sustainable design and innovation.At Mead & Hunt we shape the future by putting people first.
