- Design conveyor systems, machine design, and packaging equipment.
- Develop mechanical design solutions for material handling equipment.
- Create shop drawings and fabrication drawings.
- Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMS) for large systems.
- Utilize Solidworks for 2D drafting and 3D design.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
- Proficiency in Solidworks is ideal.
- Experience with 2D drafting and 3D design.
- Ability to detail large systems.
- Experience in creating shop drawings and fabrication drawings.
- Strong academic performance with a GPA of 3.5 or higher is preferred.
- Experience in conveyor systems and machine design.
- Knowledge of packaging and material handling equipment.
- Experience with large systems engineering.
- Familiarity with Bills of Materials (BOMS).
- Education from top-ranked schools is advantageous.
The role is based in a brand new facility that is expanding rapidly. Initially, you may work out of a trailer until the new facility is completed. This position offers consistent business opportunities with a large backlog, providing mobility across various business units and potential for upward progression.
