Project Architect Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Project Architect with 7 to 15+ years of experience, ideally registered in Pennsylvania or on the verge of registration, who has experience in the Healthcare sector. This role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously across various phases, from initial conceptual design to construction documentation, both independently and as part of a team. Projects range from large-scale initiatives to smaller, diverse undertakings, predominantly in ambulatory outpatient, inpatient, health science, and laboratory settings. Client and consultant interactions are integral to the role for candidates with relevant experience and interest.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee projects from conceptual design to construction documentation.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with teams and work independently on diverse projects.
  • Engage with clients and consultants, fostering strong professional relationships.
  • Develop architectural designs for healthcare facilities including outpatient, inpatient, health science, and laboratory settings.
  • Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met, maintaining high standards of design excellence.
Essential Skills
  • Minimum 7-15+ years of experience in Project Management or Project Architecture.
  • Registered/licensed architect, preferably in Pennsylvania.
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD preferred.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing healthcare projects.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Ability to train and guide team members in architectural software.
  • Demonstrated experience in schematic design, design development, and construction administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and consultant interactions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
