We are looking for an experienced handyman/mechanic to work directly on our rental properties on maintenance services. Must have experience in the following areas:
Plumbing
Carpentry
Electrical
HVAC
Installation of Gas Furnace, Hot water tank, roofing, plumbing fixtures etc ..

Must be flexible with hours. OT is required.

Must have a valid drivers license, we will provide pick up truck for maintenance work !
