Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints to understand job specifications.
  
  
• Measure and align metal components using precise instruments and techniques.
  
  
• Operate welding equipment effectively to join metal parts according to specifications.
  
  
• Inspect welded surfaces and structures to ensure compliance with ASME and Merrick Quality standards.
  
  
• Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
  
  
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production timelines and quality requirements.
  
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspace.
