Job Summary:
Were seeking an experienced and highly organized Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage residential and custom home projects from pre-construction to completion. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout

Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal crews

Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets

Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle

Conduct site visits, progress meetings, and inspections

Solve on-site issues efficiently and proactively

Track project costs and prepare regular progress reports

Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, and office staff as needed

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in residential/commercial construction project management

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
