Now Hiring: Experienced Flux Core Welder Full-Time | Permanent Position/Direct Hire Are you a talented welder with a passion for precision and craftsmanship? What You'll Do As a key member of our welding team, you'll: Interpret and work from detailed shop blueprints and diagrams. Successfully pass 2G and 3G FCAW weld tests. Perform layout, fitting, clamping, tack-welding, and component prep. Weld in both vertical and horizontal positions with confidence and accuracy. Operate a variety of welding equipment including FCAW, GMAW, GTAW, and more. Handle materials using cranes, forklifts, and other tools. What You Bring 2-4 years of hands-on welding experience. Strong skills in stainless steel and flux core welding (FCAW). Ability to read blueprints and perform fabrication tasks. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform tasks that require bending, kneeling, crawling, and climbing. Why You'll Love Working Here Union Environment with job security and consistent hours. Your Schedule Training Shift:7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (First Shift) Regular Shifts: 2nd Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM Shift assignments are based on seniority, with guaranteed 40-hour weeks and overtime opportunities. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $63003.00 - $70000.00/yr. This is a Union environment that offers a high starting pay rate, and Four different health plans through Highmark. Dental and vision offered as well. 401k plan up to 5% match. Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Wilkinsburg,PA.
